Thank you for visiting our dedicated page for the Dutch Grand Prix. The Oracle Red Bull Racing Hospitality Team will be offline for the next two weeks (6 -21 August) as part of the mandatory Formula 1 summer shutdown. Please note any emails sent to trackside.hospitality@redbullracing.com will be responded to from Monday 22 August.
GUEST DETAILS
Q: WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ALL GUEST NAMES?
A: We require this information for guests to gain access to the Formula One Paddock and the Oracle Red Bull Racing Garage. Not only is this a requirement of Formula One Management for insurance purposes but it also allows us to ensure all guests receive a personalised welcome on arrival.
Q: I NEED TO UPDATE MY GUEST DETAILS, WHO DO I CONTACT?
A: Please email any changes to guest names to trackside.hospitality@redbullracing.com. Please note that if you have a change in delivery address then this must also be shared with Norbert at Grand Prix Tickets on n.heuberger@gpt.at.
TICKET DELIVERY
If you have opted for ticket delivery (only available to UK and European addresses) please read on. If you have opted for ticket collection please see the next section.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS? (DELIVERY ONLY)
A: If you have opted for ticket delivery (UK and European addresses only) then your tickets for the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix 2022 will be sent out via recorded, signed for post to the delivery address you have provided us with. Our ticketing agent, Grand Prix Tickets (GPT) will be distributing the tickets on our behalf. We aim to send out all Paddock Club tickets to you around 1 week prior to the event. Please note that this is dependent on us receiving the tickets from Formula One Hospitality and Events Services in good time and prompt payment. If we are unable to deliver your tickets then we will contact you directly. Should there be any changes to your delivery address please notify Norbert, n.heuberger@gpt.at, as soon as possible.
Q: I NEED TO UPDATE MY DELIVERY DETAILS, WHO DO I CONTACT?
A: Norbert at Grand Prix Tickets will be managing the distribution of all Paddock Club tickets for us, therefore, the information you have provided us with has been shared with them. Should you have any changes to your delivery address or collection information we kindly ask that you email any updates to him on n.heuberger@gpt.at.

Q: WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY TICKETS? (COLLECTION ONLY)
A: If you have opted for ticket collection then please note that we will be running two ticket collection points for the Dutch Grand Prix. Please let us know by Tuesday 30 August which collection point you prefer so that we can arrange your tickets accordingly. Should you require alternative arrangements for your tickets then please contact us directly by emailing trackside.hospitality@redbullracing.com and we will gladly assist.

Q: WHAT IS THE ADDRESS FOR THE TICKET COLLECTION POINT?
A: Please ensure you confirm which location you would like to collect your tickets from.
ZANDVOORT COLLECTION ADDRESS :
NH Hotel: Burgemeester van Alphenstraat 63, 2041 KG Zandvoort, Netherlands . Please note from 12:00 Wednesday 31 August. Please note that there will be travel restrictions in place around the circuit from 23:59 on Thursday 1 September. We strongly encourage all tickets to be collected before this time, unless you are staying close to the circuit or are happy taking public transport.

PARKING AND CHAUFFEUR ACCREDITATION
Q: WILL I RECEIVE A PARKING PASS WITH MY TICKETS?
A: Parking at the Dutch Grand Prix is allocated on a 1:5 basis. Any parking passes which are automatically allocated to you will be with your tickets. Unfortunately, no additional parking accreditation is available to be purchased due to limited space in Zandvoort. If you have already purchased additional parking accreditation then these will also be with your tickets.
Q: DO I NEED A CHAUFFEUR PASS?
A: Chauffeur passes are not required at the Dutch Grand Prix.
ACCESS TO THE CIRCUIT
Q: HOW DO I ENTER THE CIRCUIT?
A: There will be a no vehicle access boundary placed around Zandvoort and surrounding villages from 23:59 Thursday 1st September until Monday morning (time tbc). Please use the following information to help plan your visit.
CAR: Only accredited vehicles will be allowed to enter the no-vehicle zone. Please make sure you wear your Paddock Club pass, and use the correct parking sticker for the day of the event: Friday: ORANGE, Saturday: GREEN, Sunday: PINK. The sticker should be firmly attached to your front windscreen and clearly visible in the day colour.
As you approach Circuit of Zandvoort, please follow the yellow signs for “Paddock Club”. From route N201, please follow the yellow signs for “Paddock Club” for the dedicated Paddock Club car and coach parking. Dedicated shuttles will drive you from here to the drop-off point near GATE 1. Please walk from here through the pedestrian tunnel to arrive to the Paddock Club entrance.
BIKE: In light of the travel restrictions, we recommend that guests make use of the Park+Bike locations, from where you can cycle to Zandvoort with your own or rented bicycle in about half an hour. All cyclists in the region or users of the Park+Bike must reserve their bicycle parking spaces in advance. There is a limited number of Park+Bike spots available which can be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Q: ARE TAXIS AVAILABLE?
A: Taxi Zandvoort (+31 (0) 6 81 61 24 23) is the only Taxi with a permit within Zandvoort. The collection point is Parking De Zuid from where the Paddock Club shuttle will leave to Gate 1. If you have an “external” taxi, these will drive to the public P&R or towards public transport facilities outside Zandvoort (e.g. train or bus station).
PADDOCK CLUB
Q: WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN THE ORACLE RED BULL RACING PADDOCK CLUB?
A: Across the race weekend, you will have access to THE ultimate vantage point with a spectacular view of the team garages. Witness the Bulls’ record-breaking pit stop crew in harmony as they push to beat their 1.82-second record.. Enjoy the delights of the Oracle Red Bull Racing Team Suite with entertainment throughout the weekend including live driver appearances, pit links, and our resident DJ who will be spinning the tunes. We are delighted to inform you that across the weekend we will have the opportunity to take you down to the Paddock taking you closer to the action so you can see the Bulls in their environment. You will also get the chance to take a photo in front of the Oracle Red Bull Racing garage during the Pit Lane Walk.
Q: IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
A: Oracle Red Bull Racing do not run a strict dress code. Smart-casual clothing is recommended with comfortable shoes. We kindly request that no tracksuits, or beach attire be worn.
Q: DO YOU RESERVE SEATS?
A: The Oracle Red Bull Racing hospitality adopts a more relaxed approach to the usual formal dining or reserved seating style. We have a variety of seating options to choose from including high and low seated dining, and more relaxed lounge environments. We have adapted our food service to suit the setup of our suite. We do not currently operate a reserved seating policy in the Red Bull Racing Team Suite and encourage guests to embrace the opportunity to enjoy all aspects of our suite
Q: WHAT EXPERIENCES ARE ON OFFER?
A: The Paddock Club runs a variety of different experiences, these vary from race-to-race and will be communicated with you on the Thursday of race week via email. All experiences are bookable daily on a first-come, first-served basis at the gold Formula 1 Entertainment Desk. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve places on any experiences for you. The Pit Lane Walk is open to all Paddock Club guests and does not require a booking, we will let you know where to go for the Pit Lane Walk when you enter the suite. Please visit our reception desk with any questions.
Q: WILL I GET TO VISIT THE PADDOCK AND TEAM GARAGE?
A: We run a number of paddock tours throughout the race weekend and endeavor to take all of our guests down to the Formula Paddock. When you enter our suite the paddock tour availability will be communicated with you and our Team hosts will help you reserve your spot.
Q: IS THE PADDOCK CLUB ACCESSIBLE?
A: Please notify us of any accessibility requirements you have so that we can ensure a smooth arrival into the Paddock Club.
