Q: WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ALL GUEST NAMES?
A: We require this information for guests to gain access to the Formula One Paddock and the Oracle Red Bull Racing Garage. Not only is this a requirement of Formula One Management for insurance purposes but it also allows us to ensure all guests receive a personalised welcome on arrival.
Q: I NEED TO UPDATE MY GUEST DETAILS, WHO DO I CONTACT?
A: Please email any changes to guest names to email@example.com. Please note that if you have a change in delivery address then this must also be shared with Norbert at Grand Prix Tickets on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY TICKETS? (DELIVERY ONLY)
A: Tickets for the Formula 1 Rolex Belgian Grand Prix 2022 will be sent out via recorded, signed for post to the delivery address you have provided us with. Grand Prix Tickets (GPT) will be managing the distribution of all Paddock Club tickets for us, therefore, the information you have provided us with has been shared with them. We aim to send out all Paddock Club tickets to you around 1 week prior to the event. Please note that this is dependent on we receiving the tickets from Formula One Hospitality and Events Services in good time. If we are unable to deliver your tickets then we will contact you directly. Should there be any changes to your delivery address please notify email@example.com as soon as possible.

A: Norbert at Grand Prix Tickets will be managing the distribution of all Paddock Club tickets for us, therefore, the information you have provided us with has been shared with them. Q: WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY TICKETS? (COLLECTION ONLY)
A: If you have opted for ticket collection then your tickets will be available to collect from La Kolline Franchorchamps from 18:00 – 21:00 on Wednesday 24 August and 09:00 – 12:00 Thursday 25 August. Should you require alternative arrangements for your tickets then please contact us directly by emailing email@example.com and we will gladly assist. Please ensure you have told us the name of the person collecting your tickets so we can label them accordingly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Details of the collection location have been shared via email on 04.08.2022.

PARKING AND CHAUFFEUR ACCREDITATION
Q: WILL I RECIEVE A PARKING PASS WITH MY TICKETS?
A: Parking at the Belgian Grand Prix is allocated on a 1:3 basis. Any parking passes which are automatically allocated to you will be with your tickets. Parking is extremely limited in Belgium so unfortunately there are no additional parking passes available to purchase. If you have already purchased additional parking accreditation then these will also be with your tickets.
Q: DO I NEED A CHAUFFEUR PASS?
A: If you are being driven to the Belgian Grand Prix then yes, all chauffeurs who do not have a Paddock Club ticket require a chauffeur pass to be able to access the circuit. Chauffeur passes and parking accreditation must be used in conjunction together in order to gain access. Should you require a chauffeur pass please contact email@example.com.
ACCESS TO THE CIRCUIT
Q: HOW DO I ENTER THE CIRCUIT?
A: Below you will find the Belgian GP Circuit Map. Coming from highway E25, please take EXIT 48, take RN633 to Trois Ponts and RN622 to FRANCORCHAMPS (30 kms).
Coming from highway E42, you can take EXIT 10 BIS to STER or EXIT 10 to FRANCORCHAMPS. Please be aware of the heavy traffic on both exits and follow the instructions of the traffic management.
As you approach the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, please follow the signs “Formula 1 Paddock Club™”. The Paddock Club™ parking is P14, enter through the “RAVEL” entrance in the village of FRANCORCHAMPS.
You will need a Paddock Club™ car parking pass. Our dedicated shuttles will drive you from here to The Paddock Club™ entrance.
Please make sure you wear your Paddock Club™ pass, and use the correct parking sticker for the day of the event: Friday, Orange; Saturday, Green; Sunday, Pink. The sticker should be firmly attached to your front windscreen and
clearly visible in the day colour.

Q: WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN THE ORACLE RED BULL RACING PADDOCK CLUB?
A: Across the race weekend, you will have access to THE ultimate vantage point along the start/ finish straight with spectacular views of the team garages. Witness the Bulls’ record-breaking pitstop crew in harmony as they push to beat their 1.82-second record… Enjoy the delights of the Oracle Red Bull Racing Team Suite with entertainment throughout the weekend including live driver appearances, pit links, and our resident DJ who will be spinning the tunes. You will also have access to exciting Team content and receive an exclusive Oracle Red Bull Racing gift bag as a memento of your visit. As a Paddock Club guest you will be able to get closer to the action on a Pit Lane Walk and as a special guest of ours you also have the opportunity to take a photo outside the Oracle Red Bull Racing Team Garage.
Q: IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
A: Oracle Red Bull Racing do not run a strict dress code. Smart-casual clothing is recommended with comfortable shoes. We also recommend bringing a compact umbrella or rain coat to enjoy Pit Lane Walk and Garage Tours even if there is rain. We kindly request that no tracksuits, or beach attire be worn.
Q: DO YOU RESERVE SEATS?
A: . The Oracle Red Bull Racing hospitality adopts a more relaxed approach to the usual formal dining or reserved seating style. We have a variety of seating options to choose from including high and low seated dining, and more relaxed lounge environments. We have adapted our food service to suit the setup of our suite. We do not currently operate a reserved seating policy in the Red Bull Racing Team Suite and encourage guests to embrace the opportunity to enjoy all aspects of our suite
Q: WHAT EXPERIENCES ARE ON OFFER?
A: The Paddock Club runs a variety of different experiences, these vary from race-to-race and will be communicated with you on the Thursday of race week via email. All experiences are bookable daily on a first-come, first-served basis at the gold Formula 1 Entertainment Desk. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve places on any experiences for you. The Pit Lane Walk is open to all Paddock Club guests and does not require a booking, we will let you know where to go for the Pit Lane Walk when you enter the suite. Please visit our reception desk with any questions.
Q: WILL I GET TO VISIT THE PADDOCK AND TEAM GARAGE?
A: We run a number of paddock and garage tours throughout the race weekend and endeavour to take all of our guests down to the Team garage. When you enter our suite the garage tour availability will be communicated with you and our Team hosts will help you reserve your spot.

A: Please notify us of any accessibility requirements you have so that we can ensure a smooth arrival into the Paddock Club.
